We started out with one room backyard rental in 2010 at RDP house. In 2021 we decided to rent out the house we were living in it. As the demand for rental properties grew and the availability of homes from the sales side increased, it was determined a rental apartment business would be needed to provide full property management services. The rental apartment business became its own business, and has continued to grow reaching over 20 tenants actively.

I have really enjoyed my time renting through BoMasiteng Villa because they provided a very clean environment. I rented from them for almost two years and if we ever had a maintenance report they attended to us as soon as possible, which is a big deal when your sink is clogged or your power goes out.
